More than 100 special cars | 2,000 m² in area |
The most outstanding vehicle exhibition in Hungary’s history opens its doors to the public and is guaranteed to write a new chapter in the history of Hungarian automotive history. Open all year round, the museum offers an exceptionally rich and varied collection that sheds unprecedented light on the diversity of the automotive industry, with a special focus on education.
The 365 Oldtimer Museum also boasts three cars, only one of which exists in the world, so we guarantee an experience of uniqueness and rarity. But that’s not all, the oldest vehicle in the collection, the Renault Skiff Labourdette Carrose just turned 110 years old this year. You can even tour the Ford Model T truck (1926), once used to sell ice in America, created by Hungarian József Galamb, a period masterpiece that would become a cornerstone of the automotive industry.
Our exhibition includes a Film Theatre and a unique education centre that showcases the historical development of the Hungarian car industry over the last 100 years. Special attention will be paid to Hungarian pioneers such as Béla Barényi, Donát Bánki, János Csonka, József Galamb, Pál Járay, János Viktor and József Ganz, who have played key roles in the development and improvement of the automotive industry worldwide over the past decades.
We’ve got a surprise for movie lovers too, with the Rolls Royce Phantom II, the model that appeared in the Indiana Jones series, and the big brother of the 1912 Renault Type CB Coupe de Ville that appeared in Titanic. More than 40 vehicles are on display in our 2,000 square metre museum. The exhibition is updated every quarter year, so visitors can admire more and more of the most unique automobile specialities. The museum started with an Italian theme when it opened and a German theme from April.
At the beginning of September, the Japanese themed period began, with 18 special Japanese cars, including legends such as the Honda NSX, the Toyota Supra Mk 3 Wektor Competition, Daigo Saito’s drift car and the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IV. In addition, 20 cars of different ages and origins add to the colourful display, and there are also more than 20 motorcycles in the motorbike section of the exhibition.
The Japanese theme’s photo car is the 1991 Nissan Figaro, one of the world’s cutest cars, which you can get in and take memorable photos.
